1. Go to bank option. 
2. Click on open saving account. 
3. Click on Adhhar Card Verification Point. 
4. Now you will get a list of paytm KYC point. 
5. Also you get their mobile number. 
6. Now call them and arrange a meeting with them at home . Next you have to did if they are free they will take your all required documents and that will complete your full KYC. 

After Complete FULL KYC account did not open : 

In case of you didn't your KYC online this can take up-to 7 days for full verify after that time you will be able to use your account. In case of time this take up-to 1 month. So don't worry if you complete your kyc your account will be opened.
